I’ve recently made a whole butternut squash and a whole spaghetti squash in the Instant Pot. Both were undercooked.

The time I tried for the Spaghetti Squash was 20 min in Instant Pot. I can’t remember if it was quick release (QR) or natural release (NR).

The squash was about half cooked. I ended up microwaving most of the rest of it.

Just noting it here for the next time I cook it. I’ll update then.
